was founded by Tim Kersey to
offer our clients exercise programs, education, and at-home personal
training by certified personal trainers.
Born and raised in St. Paul, Tim Kersey is a 1993 graduate of St. Paul
Central High School. He studied Physiological Sciences and graduated in
1998 with a BS in Health Sciences from the University of Arizona. Tim is
the head cross-country coach and assistant girls track and field coach at
Simley High School in Inver Grove Heights. Tim has worked as a personal
trainer at Shoreview Community Center over the past 4 years, conducting
personal fitness training, employee training, and developing the Center’s
fitness assessment program.

Upon completion of the USATF Coaching Education Level 1 program, an
individual is certified to coach athletes at various age levels competing
in Track and Field events.
The ACSM H/FI is a trained, educated health and fitness professional
qualified for careers in university, corporate, commercial, hospital and
community settings. The H/FI has knowledge and skills in management and
administration, and training and supervising entry-level personnel. The H/FI
is skilled in conducting risk stratification, physical fitness assessments
and interpretation, constructing appropriate exercise prescriptions and
motivating clients to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyle behaviors.
