Minnesota Exercise Professionals, LLC offers at-home personal training sessions as well as motivation, instruction, and exercise program design. Our at-home training sessions are fun: sessions are designed and instructed by certified personal trainers who incorporate the most up-to-date exercise techniques and theories so you can develop an enjoyment of exercise and achieve your fitness goals.

MEP can come to your home or business. Most rooms in your home will work, from living rooms to at-home gyms. A workout session lasts about 50 minutes.

MEP will perform a pre-activity screening followed by a fitness assessment. We might seek clearance from your doctor before starting your exercise program. Based on the goals identified in your program, training sessions typically include the following components: aerobic fitness, strength training instruction, and core and balance training.

Aerobic fitness training can be performed outdoors or indoors on the treadmill, elliptical, or bike at your home. We might use heart rate monitors to help gauge intensity. MEP will bring equipment to your home for the strength training and core stability exercises.

By developing your own at-home gym and working out at home, you can avoid a few health club hazards:

  • drive time

  • membership fees

  • wait times for equipment

  • germs on swiss and medicine balls
